About
An engineering practice built around one discharge problem.
STADIUM Aerospace works on plasma devices and the electronics that drive them. The
four things we do — thrusters, power stages, test benches, modelling and
measurement — are not four business lines. They are the four places the same
problem shows up, and treating them separately is what makes plasma projects run
long.
What we believe about this work
Plasma engineering rewards people who are honest about what they have measured.
Devices in this field are easy to describe optimistically and hard to characterise
properly, and the gap between the two is where programmes fail.
So we work from the bench outward. A claim we make about a device corresponds to
something instrumented, in conditions we can describe, with an uncertainty we are
willing to write down.
How we are organised
Projects are run by the people doing the engineering, with direct contact between
your technical staff and ours. There is no account layer in between, which suits
the kind of work where the important question is usually raised mid-experiment.
Where we are
The company is based at 5 rue de la Moselle, 88190 Golbey, in the Vosges. Write to
us at contact@stadiumaerospace.com
or through the contact page.
Where the expertise sits
Three disciplines meet here that are usually kept apart: plasma physics, propulsion
hardware, and power electronics. Most of the difficulty in this field comes from
that separation — a thruster designed without its converter, or a converter
designed for a load nobody has characterised.
Holding the three together is the point of the practice, and it is why the four
capabilities listed on this site are described as one problem rather than four
services.

Working here
We do not keep a standing list of vacancies. When we recruit, it is because a
specific piece of work needs someone, and the posting says exactly what that work
is.
If you work on discharges, high-voltage design, vacuum instrumentation or plasma
modelling and want to be considered when something opens, write to us with what you
have actually built or measured. That is more useful to us than a covering letter.
